The teams in the series premiere of America's Top Dog are ready to take on the course.

Team Falco is comprised of Officer Dave Cochran and Falco. At eight years, this team has been working together the longest of any competing tonight.

Team Falco hails from Fargo, ND, and have literally hundreds of apprehensions to their name.

Falco, a 75 lb Belgian Malinois, can run up to 30 mph, and leap over 12 ft walls. Falco also loves ice cream.

You might recognize Deputy John Forlenza and Dax from the Lake County Sheriff's Office in Illinois. They've been featured on Live PD twice.

Team Dax have been partners for four years, and love doing outreach and demonstrations at local schools and county fairs.

Team Dax is the most highly decorated team competing tonight. Dax is the first K9 in forty years to receive a valor award from The Hundred Club in Chicago.

Officer Nathaniel Anderson and Duco have been full time members of the Southlake Police Department SWAT team for four years.

Duco is a seven-year-old Dutch Shepherd and weighs 92 lbs.

Duco is tough when he needs to be, but Officer Anderson says, "At home, Duco is pretty much my third child."

Deputy Casey Skelton and Maverick hail from the Leon County Sheriff's Office in Tallahassee, FL and have been partners for four years.

At only 26 years old, Deputy Skelton is the youngest K9 handler in his county.

Tonight's underdog team is trainer John Kuendig and his partner, Maker from Lakeland, FL.

Maker, a four-year-old Border Collie, knows 115 tricks and can play ten sports.

Team Maker has performed all over the country. One of their favorite tricks is called the "Fakey" and consists of Maker pretending to do a potty. They get a real chuckle out of it.

It looks like someone is ready to go another round!
