I got high for the first time. It’s not what you think though. There was this boy at the motel. He was kinda cute. And it’s nice to get some attention, too. Finally. Anyways back to getting high. I know what you all are thinking, how could you? But, this boy gave me a weed-laced cupcake and it looked so good. And it tasted even BETTER!

I wasn’t going to eat it at first, but just looking at it made me hungry. It was weird too because after I finished the baked good it took a while to kick in, but then I started to feel a wave of giggles coming on. I was looking out the window at the bus stop, and saw these two squirrels fighting, but I couldn’t take my eyes off of them. It was fascinating. I was in a trance. It felt like I was starring at them for over an hour, but when I looked at my watch, only 2 minutes had passed. Then I couldn’t really feel my arms, until I saw a bag of Doritos. And I found my new mission in life. EAT THE CHIPS. Each one was SO GOOD!!!!

Then I finished the bag, but was still hungry!!! I always heard of people having the munchies, but now I know what they meant by it. I started to focus intently on things. I could feel these waves washing over me getting more intense. I just kept thinking to myself& “Oh my god, I’m going to die!” I was going to be the first person in the world to ever overdose on weed. A little known fact, “no one has ever been able to overdose on marijuana.” The weed got so intense that I felt like someone was watching me. Then the coyotes were outside.

I had to protect the motel. I went outside to get a stick to chase them off, but when I was out there, they were gone. I felt the urge to tell Norma that the motel was being watched. I know I feel stupid thinking back on it. I was climbing the stairs to the house. Step after step after step, I swear it was like I was walking to space or something. When I finally got to the house, Norma was there and could totally tell I was stoned. I wonder if she has ever smoked before? Anyways. After climbing to space I got super exhausted. I was sleepy. Norma put me to bed, which was really nice of her. I was so embarrassed because not only did I get high, but I was also at work. Will she fire me? Hired and fired in the first week. Great.
